One of my favorite audience anecdotes comes from Steve Mulder, author of The User is Always Right. In one of his webinars, Mulder told a story about an electronic company who were about to launch a new product and invested a lot of time in research as part of the process, including focus groups.
The company had narrowed the colors for this boom box down to yellow or black. The focus groups...

A day trip to Coney Island...
Took these pictures in August while going to see a minor league baseball double-header, the Brooklyn Cyclones versus the Vermont Lake Monsters. Can’t wait to get back. Didn’t take nearly enough shots.

If you live in NYC and haven’t eaten at The Meatball Shop yet, you’re missing out. Mikey and Donna are good peeps and are running one of the most focused spots in town. Meatballs and gourmet ice cream sandwiches - what’s not to like? Get on it, people.
Anywhozzle, looks like they even have some secret sandwiches (ala the infamous “Animal Style” burger at In N Out)....
